Chechen State University is one of the oldest Higher Educational Institutions in the city of Grozny. On May 6, 2003 University was declared under the name of State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Chechen State University”. Bashkir State Medical University is a State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education. Bashkir State Medical University is located in Ufa city of Russian Federation. Bashkir State Medical University was established in 1932 as Bashkortostan Institute with Work faculty in the city of Ufa (Bashkortostan). In 1933 the institute introduced the Department of Histology, foreign languages and military conduct. In 1934 the institute opened the department of normal physiology, microbiology, Path-physiology, Operative Surgery, Pharmacology, Internal Medicine, General Surgery. By 1938, the institute had 32 departments, which were headed by nine professors and 23 Associate Professors. By the end of 1965, the institute had 22 doctors and 102 candidates of sciences, and by 1970, the Institute had become a major multi-institution of higher education. In 2013 the institute joined with Ufa Medical College and became Bashkir State Medical University. Currently the Bashkir State Medical University has formed scientific schools of surgeons, oncologists, internists, neurologists, infectious disease specialists, dermatologists, biochemists, morphology. Today Bashkir State Medical University has 98 departments which employs 220 doctors and 515 candidates of sciences.

Astrakhan State Medical University is one of the oldest universities in the city of Astrakhan. Astrakhan State Medical University was founded in 1918 as the Medical Faculty of the University of Astrakhan. In 1922, all the faculties of the University of Astrakhan were abolished except medical, which later converted into Astrakhan State Medical Institute. In 1993 Astrakhan State Medical Institute opened the faculty of postgraduate education. In 1995, Astrakhan State Medical Institute was renamed Astrakhan State Medical Academy. In October 2014 Astrakhan State Medical Academy was renamed Astrakhan State Medical University. Today Astrakhan State Medical University consists of 12 faculties, 60 departments and courses. Astrakhan State Medical University has a postgraduate study in 26 specialties and doctorate in 3. Currently, Astrakhan State Medical University trained 3,780 students, 197 interns, 176 residents, 73 graduate students. Since 1923 Astrakhan State Medical University has produced more than 25,400 physicians. Astrakhan State Medical University has a postgraduate study in 26 specialties and doctorate in 13 fields.

Amur State Medical Academy is one of the oldest higher medical educational institutions of the Far East. Amur State Medical Academy was established on June 26, 1952 by order of the Council of Ministers, as Blagoveshchensk State Medical Institute. At that time Blagoveshchensk State Medical Institute enrolled 200 students. In 1996 Blagoveshchensk State Medical Institute was converted into Amur State Medical Academy and admitted to the list of Medical Schools of Europe, which allows the University to unify the training of doctors with European standards. In 2013, Amur State Medical Academy received the Level IV accreditation certificate by the State Accreditation Department. Today, in Amur State Medical Academy the training of graduate students is conducted in 28 departments and post graduation in 6 departments. Izhevsk State Medical Academy is a higher educational institution in the city of Izhevsk. Izhevsk State Medical Academy holds a good position among the medical schools of the Russian Federation in terms of organization and methodical support of the educational process. Izhevsk State Medical Academy was organized in 1933 as the Izhevsk State Medical Institute. In 1975 Izhevsk State Medical Academy opened the pediatric faculty, in 1980 Dental Faculty, in 1991 Faculty of Advanced Medicine and in 1997 Faculty of Higher Nursing Education was introduced. Today Izhevsk State Medical Academy has teaching staff 331 highly qualified teachers in 52 departments equipped with audio and video equipment, modern computer equipment. Izhevsk State Medical Academy operates a library of educational and methodical and scientific literature that best meets the needs of its readers. Till now Izhevsk State Medical Academy trained around 12000 students and currently 2100 students are studying in Izhevsk State Medical Academy.

Samara State Aerospace University (National Research University, Kuibyshev Aviation Institute) is a state institution of higher education and one of the leading technical universities in the Samara region and the Russian Federation. Samara State Aerospace University was established during World War II in 1942 as a Kuibyshev Aviation Institute. In Kuibyshev Aviation Institute the first classes began in October 1942. After World War II, along with the expansion of areas of training, the Kuibyshev Aviation Institute developed the new models of aircraft, including the first jet fighters and bombers MiG-9, MIG 15, MiG-17, IL-28, TU-16, TU-95. In 1957 the institute began training in space engineering. From 1956 to 1988 the Institute became one of the largest research centers in the region, to create unique scientific schools, especially in the field of construction and design of aircraft engines, aircraft and spacecraft.
