Chechen State University is one of the oldest Higher Educational Institutions in the city of Grozny. Chechen State University was established in 1938 as a Teacher Training Institute by Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. On September 1, 1938 Teachers Training Institute was transformed into the Chechen-Ingush State Pedagogical Institute with a four-year training period. At that time the Institute had philological, historical, physical and mathematical faculties. In 1956 the Institute opened the Faculty of Physical Education, in 1958 it opened the Faculty of Pedagogy and the Methods of primary education, in 1960 the faculty of natural geography was opened, in 1962 – the faculty of Foreign Languages. In 1971 the Institute was transformed into the Chechen-Ingush State University. In 1980 the University already had 8 faculties. In 1990 Chechen-Ingush State University opened the Medical Faculty. On 28 February 1995 the Chechen-Ingush State University was renamed into Chechen State University. In 1997 Chechen State University opened the Agro-technological faculty. In November 1997 the Urus-Martan Correspondence Department of the Chechen State University was opened. On May 6, 2003 University was declared under the name of State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Chechen State University”. Today Chechen State University has 72 departments and 13 faculties. Chechen State University has 814 teachers, including 55 doctors, professors, 236 candidates of sciences. Today Chechen State university has trained almost 20,000 students. Chechen State University has its own botanical garden, zoological museum, historical museum, a library with 5 service departments, subscriptions and reading rooms, and a catering plant.

Irkutsk National Research Technical University was opened in May 1930 in Irkutsk city as the Siberian Mining Institute, to begin training for the gold mining industry. In 1938 Irkutsk State Technical University was renamed as an Mining and Metallurgy Institute and in 1960 Irkutsk State Technical University became the Polytechnic Institute. In 1950 the basis of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute began training engineers and opened new departments: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Technology, Engineering, Geological Survey. In 1970 there were 8 faculties of the Institute which trained specialists in 39 profiles. On the left bank of ANGARA river Institute built a town with large academic buildings, dormitories and stadiums. Institute became the largest university in Irkutsk. In June 1978 the first edition of Architects was made by the department of architectural design. Rector (Prof) SB Leonov played a major role in the development of the university. In the 1990s, the Irkutsk State Technical University organized new humanities faculties and in 1993 received the status of a technical university. Irkutsk State Technical University became the largest university in Eastern Siberia, which enrolled more than 15,000 students. In Irkutsk State Technical University students are citizens of the Russian Federation and from more than 18 countries. Today Irkutsk National Research Technical University has more than 100 departments.

Many foreign and Russian political and public figures, scholars and scientists have become RUDN Emeritus Professors. They include the presidents of Namibia, Angola, Sri Lanka, the South African Republic, Gabon, Guyana and Nigeria; the prime ministers of Bangladesh and Kazakhstan; a UN Chief Executive Officer on Education, Culture and Science; and a Director of CEPES.

Kazan Institute of Economics, Management and Law is one of the largest private universities in Tatarstan and the Volga region. Kazan Institute of Economics, Management and Law was founded in 1994 in Kazan city. During 19 years of existence the Kazan Institute of Economics, Management and Law has achieved significant results in the field of economics, law, management, psychology, education and information technology. At present 4500 students are being trained in Kazan Institute of Economics, Management and Law. Since its formation Kazan Institute of Economics, Management and Law has trained over 9800 professionals. Today Kazan Institute of Economics, Management and Law has 8 faculties, 33 departments and staff of 650 skilled educators.

Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law is a leading educational institution of the Khabarovsk region. Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law is a public institution of higher education under federal jurisdiction. Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law was created in 1970 as a Khabarovsk Institute of National Economy. In 1994 Khabarovsk Institute of National Economy was converted into Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law. Currently Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law has 40 departments which employs more than 500 teachers and enrolls more than 11,000 students. Baikal State University of Economics and Law is a higher education institution in Irkutsk city of the Russian Federation. Baikal State University of Economics and Law established in 1930 as a Siberian Financial and Economic Institute on the basis of Humanities faculty of Irkutsk State University. In 1939 Siberian Financial and Economic Institute changed into Irkutsk Financial and Economic Institute. In 1993 Irkutsk Financial and Economic Institute received the status of university. In 2002 Irkutsk Financial and Economic University was renamed into Baikal State University of Economics and Law. Every year Baikal State University of Economics and Law enroll 1500 students. In 84 years Baikal State University of Economics and Law has trained over 30000 law professionals. Today Baikal State University of Economics and Law has 11 faculties, 34 departments and staff of 717 highly qualified educators.

Orel (Oryol) Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is a federal state educational institution of higher education, which provides training, retraining and advanced training for law enforcement agencies. Orel Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation was founded in 1976 in Orel city of the Russian Federation. At present Orel Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has 4 faculty, 14 departments and 8 auxiliary units. Currently the Institute has 450 qualified personnel, who trained 1300 students. Till now Orel Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has trained about 16000 professionals. Saratov State Academy of Law was established in 1931 as Saratov Institute of Law. In 1995 Saratov Institute of Law was transformed into Saratov State Academy of Law. Currently Saratov State Academy of Law holds 8th place among law schools of the Russian Federation. Ural State Law University is a State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education in Yekaterinburg. Ural State Law University is one of the leading universities in the legal structure in Russia. Ural State Law University was founded in 1931 as a Siberian Institute of Soviet law. In 1934 Siberian Institute of Soviet law was transferred from Irkutsk to Sverdlovsk and became Sverdlovsk Law Institute. In 1992 Sverdlovsk Law Institute changed into Ural State Law Academy and in 2014 Ural State Law Academy received the status of University. Today Ural State Law Academy includes 6 institutes, 8 faculties and 24 departments. In Ural State Law University training of students is conducted under 575 highly qualified educators. From more than 80 years, Ural State Law Academy has prepared 22400 successful and popular law professionals.
